本試(shi)驗儀器通過(guo)PLC控(kong)制(zhi)自(zi)動調壓器對(dui)高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓器進行升(sheng)壓。電(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)流(liu)傳感(gan)器采(cai)集試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的電(dian)壓(ya)及電(dian)流(liu)。TVS保(bao)護(hu)系(xi)統(tong)以(yi)保護試(shi)驗設備的過(guo)壓、過(guo)流系(xi)統(tong)。同(tong)時配(pei)置(zhi)隔離(li)變壓(ya)器模(mo)塊,以(yi)保證(zheng)采(cai)集與(yu)PLC控(kong)制(zhi)模(mo)塊的供電(dian)穩(wen)定(ding)。

1. 試(shi)驗變壓器采(cai)用(yong)油(you)浸(jin)式(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)器,具(ju)有(you)絕(jue)緣好、穩定(ding),損(sun)耗(hao)低,免維(wei)護(hu)等優點(dian)。升(sheng)壓裝(zhuang)置(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)步(bu)進電(dian)機(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)調壓器進行自(zi)動升(sheng)壓。
2. 本試(shi)驗儀器為(wei)雙(shuang)系(xi)統(tong),串(chuan)聯整個回(hui)路中,為了保(bao)證(zheng)儀器的精度(du)及試(shi)驗,如(ru)壹組出(chu)現故障,本試(shi)驗儀器將(jiang)無(wu)法進行正(zheng)常(chang)的升(sheng)壓操(cao)作(zuo)。
3. 本試(shi)驗儀器同(tong)時配(pei)備松(song)野數顯(xian)電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao),可通過(guo)計(ji)算(suan)機顯(xian)示(shi)當前電(dian)壓(ya)值,同時具備聲(sheng)光報警等指(zhi)示。
4. 測(ce)試(shi)軟件界面需(xu)包(bao)含樣(yang)品(pin)編號(hao)、樣(yang)品(pin)厚度(du)、測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)、試(shi)驗時間和(he)升(sheng)壓速(su)率(lv)等參(can)數;測試(shi)軟件需能(neng)繪(hui)制(zhi)升(sheng)壓擊(ji)穿(chuan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的實(shi)時曲(qu)線。

3. 短(duan)路保護:總(zong)電(dian)源(yuan)回(hui)路設置(zhi)的總(zong)斷(duan)路器,作(zuo)為儀器的短(duan)路保護,控(kong)制(zhi)回(hui)路設置(zhi)小(xiao)容(rong)量斷(duan)路器作(zuo)為控(kong)制(zhi)回(hui)路的短(duan)路保護。
4. 過(guo)流保(bao)護(hu):本儀器設(she)有(you)單(dan)獨的過(guo)流繼電(dian)器、電(dian)流(liu)控(kong)制(zhi)模(mo)塊、及電(dian)流(liu)傳感(gan)器作(zuo)為各機(ji)構(gou)的過(guo)流保(bao)護(hu),可保證(zheng)本試(shi)驗儀器在(zai)0.1ms內切(qie)斷儀器供電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)。
5. 失(shi)壓(ya)保護:當供電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)中(zhong)斷時,通過(guo)公司(si)研發(fa)過(guo)流過(guo)壓模(mo)塊。能(neng)夠自(zi)動斷開(kai)控(kong)制(zhi)回(hui)路電(dian)源(yuan)。
6. 儀器接(jie)地:電(dian)壓(ya)擊(ji)穿(chuan)試(shi)驗儀的金(jin)屬(shu)結(jie)構(gou)及電(dian)器設(she)備的金(jin)屬(shu)外(wai)殼、管槽、電(dian)纜(lan)金(jin)屬(shu)外(wai)皮(pi)及變壓(ya)器低壓側(ce)均應有(you)可靠接地,檢修時應保(bao)證接(jie)地(di)良(liang)好。應保(bao)證本試(shi)驗儀器接(jie)地電(dian)阻不(bu)大(da)於(yu)0.4歐姆(mu)。
